We are scheduled to shoot at MGC on Monday evenings starting at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (or dark). We will shoot rain or shine, but we have developed a notification process in the event of inclement weather or other emergency situation. The team will be split up into squads of five shooters each, with a designated squad leader. The squads may not be split by skill level or experience. Each squad will be shooting two rounds of 25 clays each night. Please inform your coaches of any conflicts in your schedule during the times listed above, and we will try our best to place you on a squad that can accommodate your schedule. We will be shooting on three traps fields and are allowing 15 minutes per trap cycle. Squads will be determined during our pre-season training. At 5:40 each Monday night, we will hold a brief team meeting with all squads present. After the meeting, squads that are finished will be dismissed, and the later squads will then begin shooting both of their rounds. We recommend that novice shooters sign up for the later squads as we will have more time to spend with them as daylight lengthens. If all goes as planned, all squads will be at the range for about 2 hours. Although we will try to accommodate requests for squad assignments for such reasons as car-pooling, we do reserve the right of final squad assignments.
