Apple Valley High School Trap Shooting Club, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy against any parent or observer engaging in negative, disrespectful, or disruptive conduct with any team athlete, parent, coach, or team official, as well as League or host official, at any time or at any event that the team has organized or is participating in.
Any negative, disrespectful, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the area or event to the nearest designated location at the team or event official’s discretion. Team or event officials may contact law enforcement, and team officials may contact our organization’s attorney to, at a minimum, pursue disorderly conduct charges pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 609.72. The involved party will responsible for all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the Club in the event the club is the prevailing party in this situation. Further participation in the Club will not be allowed unless the bill is paid in full.
Any negative, disrespectful, or disruptive conduct may result in the suspension of the athlete of the involved party from the team with possible permanent removal from the team’s roster. Consequently, the incident may be reported to the Apple Valley High School for potential further action, as well as the Minneapolis Gun Club, any host gun club, and the League for consideration of loss of shooting or participation privileges by either the involved party, the athlete, or both, for a duration specified by the gun club or League.
